All sales of My Mag are subject to the following Agreement.
My Mag Territory Agreement
N5 Ltd (“N5”) hereby grants to ___________________________________
(“the publisher”)
exclusive rights to use the My Mag system in the territory specified below.
Territory
The postcode district known as ____ . In other words any and all addresses
with a ____ postcode.
Undertakings of The Publisher
· To only distribute magazines or other publications within the
territory specified above. (Advertisers, however, may be procured outside
the territory)
Additional Territories
The publisher can secure the exclusive rights to further territories (if
available) with the prior agreement of N5 and subject to the payment to
N5 of the appropriate subscription fee payable at that time.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated forthwith if:.
· The publisher distributes magazines or publications outside of
the territory specified above without the express consent of N5
· Any party hereto becomes bankrupt or insolvent or enters into
an arrangement with its creditors
· The publisher provides three months written notice to N5 of their
intention to terminate this agreement.
· The publisher fails to publish a magazine in the above areas
in any given six month period from the date of this agreement,
Upon the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason, the Publisher acknowledges that he/she has no further rights to publish a magazine of any type, or any other publication whether in the territory above, or in any other territory in the UK.
Assignment
The Publisher may assign their rights under this Agreement subject to
the agreement of N5. An assignment fee of £200+ VAT must be paid
to N5 upon any assignment taking place.
Law of the Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT MY MAG AND IT'S POTENTIAL.
THE EXAMPLES IN THESE MATERIALS ARE NOT TO BE INTERPRETED AS A PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS.
EARNING POTENTIAL IS ENTIRELY DEPENDENT ON THE PERSON USING OUR PRODUCT, IDEAS AND TECHNIQUES.
THIS IS NOT A “GET RICH QUICK SCHEME.” YOU WILL NEED TO PUT IN EFFORT AND WORK TO GET YOUR MAGAZINE ESTABLISHED.

ANY CLAIMS MADE OF ACTUAL EARNINGS OR EXAMPLES OF ACTUAL RESULTS CAN BE VERIFIED UPON REQUEST.
YOUR LEVEL OF SUCCESS IN ATTAINING THE RESULTS CLAIMED IN OUR MATERIALS DEPENDS ON THE TIME YOU DEVOTE TO THE PROGRAMME, THE WAY IN WHICH YOU DEPLOY THE IDEAS AND TECHNIQUES MENTIONED, YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND VARIOUS SKILLS. SINCE THESE FACTORS DIFFER ACCORDING TO INDIVIDUALS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SUCCESS OR INCOME LEVEL. NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF YOUR ACTIONS.
